日本探偵小説「三大奇書」の一つとされる夢野久作の代表作
「ドグラ・マグラ」は着想から執筆に約10年をかけたともいわれる「狂人の解放治療」を原型として、1935年（昭和10年）に刊行された夢野久作の代表作ともいえる長編小説。
久作自身が『九州日報』記者時代に、精神医学や心理学の取材で足繁く訪れていたという九州大学医学部の精神科を舞台とし、記憶を取り戻そうとする記憶喪失の主人公の独白から始まるが……
