■切実な課題 「人間の運命は完璧に決まっていて、同時に完璧に自由である」という、言葉にすればどうにも矛盾している事を21歳の時、大確信をもって実感してしまった私は、同時に現代社会が見栄と体裁を取り繕い、権威主義にまみれている事に対する根本的なおかしさも実感していた（たとえば現代医学のさまざまな治療法をもってしても、どうにもならないような難病が、断食と生野菜食といった事によって、驚くほど良くなっても、その事を医学界は公式には絶対認めず、マスコミもそうした事を週刊誌等で噂程度には流しても、決して本気で取り上げようとはしない）。だから、大会社や有名企業に就職したいなどとは露ほども思わず（というか、当時の私の気持ちとしては、そういう所に入る事は悪魔に魂を売るようなものだとまでは思わないまでも、そうした気持ちに近かったと思う）、それだけに、どういう仕事に就くかも悩みの種だった。そうしたなか、とにかく、いかなる環境であっても自分の気持ちが揺るがない生き方をしたい、という思いは、当時の私にとって最も切実な課題であった。。(本文から)甲野善紀の「風の先､風の跡～ある武術研究者の日々の気づき」はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/kono.html
