Read his book and Watch on YouTube - Double Whammy

Nick has allowed me to open my mind and cross my logical limit. until coming across his youtube channel and book, I always assumed that working out more than once a day was pushing it. 25hrs a day has made me get to the next level with my mind and fitness.
