Not in depth...
Well let's be honest, half of these so called "myths" are not really myths because few believe them and I think the topic could have been on more serious matters like the lack of sleep or insomnia or how to start sleeping early etc.

Crisp and concise
A good myth buster about sleep. I have listened complete audible "Why we sleep" from matthew walker.
And this 6 min. myth buster is good brief of that.
