A comprehensive take on Anxiety
Enjoyed listening to the audio book. Perhaps the best take on anxiety ever. Sonali puts it nicely as to how anxiety can be for something good also and not necessarily something bad.

Therapy, Self improvement manual, Textbook. All.
It is a full fledged therapy for people with anxiety . Narrator does full justice to the content. The book provides useful insights even if you don't have any problem. It's a kind of self improvement book also. It should also be good listening for people pursuing any course in Psychology.
