I am glad I read this book..

In a quest to understand myself a little better and also to make good use of the Lockdown period in India due to COVID-19, I came across this lovely guide to mental health. I have been following the authors YouTube channel for almost half a year now and I absolutely love her insights on mental health and on how to maintain healthy relationships. To someone who had always been a ruthless critique of oneself and pushed oneself to attain perfection, remains anxious about it all the time which has often resulted in bouts of panic and depression, this book came in as a comforting friend..
