but also read Chanakya Niti.. which is written by Chanakya around 300 bc, still his thoughts are useful for Army, corporate and personal fife

Our Arthashastra is more comprehensive but that said, this book definitely deserves a read. Some of the strategies mentioned here are indeed exclusive to the Chinese way of approaching the problems.

Overall enjoyed the book. The book is concise and no unnecessary or irrelevant stuff is mentioned. The only limitation is written from war perspective only. This, some learnings are irrelevant in the present period. But some can still be taken in general notions, and can be applied in dealing with problems arising in business negotiations and start-up founders!
