Quite comprehensive, pdf could have more matter
A well explained book, which can be practically followed. By also reading The Ultimate Deepak Chopra Collection (also on Audible), one would have complete knowledge on using the mind body connection in Ayurveda for health and healing.
Both books together are a "Must read".
Would help if the pdf in this book was more complete.
