Covers a lot of ground

Covers a lot of material, and if you have to read only one book on management, then this is it. I will need to read it again to be able to grasp and implement some ideas. Clearly lot of research has gone into producing this.

The often neglected dimension

Source of human motivation is often a grey area in getting employee engagement and thus performance. This book brings out perfect balance between the two.
