Book from someone who has made a mark in the world of Entrepreneurship

Reid Hoffman needs no introduction to people who follow Startup ecosystem around the world and Silicon Valley. His vast experience from being a part of PayPal mafia to founding Linkedin and later being acquired by Microsoft is packed into this bundle. Narration also is good with no boring tone, he keeps you engaged. This is by far the most underrated book.

It is good as a framework

The book is one dimensional mostly - it is pro blitzscaling and blitzscaled companies. The book ia extremely useful as a framework to understand and execute the scaling strategy. If the reader consumes this with critical reasoning, it is a useful book. In my opinion, blindly following the book on its theory would be a failure or harmful in the long term. But in the end, it is a book worth reading for every entreprenuer.

It’s an eye opener!

Reid Hoffman strikes it well. Absolutely no non sense, pragmatic way of scaling a startup!!

Highly recommended for all start up founders
