Mindfulness Bible; Thoughts are Powerful.

I was into meditation from the last few months, and on deeper level searching myself. There has been a huge Storm inside within and the clouds of doubts evolve. This book has let me discover those flaws in my Conciousness.

Moreover, Practical and Theoretical approach to the meditation.
