An Indian mix of James Clear and BJ Fogg

Ashdin is an expert in habit coaching

The book is amazing, specially for people new to reading or listening to books. I had read Atomic Habits before so I could only find a few new points to implement but overall this book is a gem for anyone struggling to get rid of bad habits(oh! there are no bad or good habits - nice point Ashdin) or start developing a system of good habits.

My favourite part was the last chapter on 5 great client transformations that Ashdin shared with us.

I wish Ashdin had explained the topic on Anchor habits. But overall, I'm satisfied with this read.

It’s good if you have not ready tiny habits and atomic habits

Feels like a rerun of atomic habits, good book for 1st time listener who has not read the other too habit books
