About this listen
While free markets have brought positive change, traditional capitalism cannot solve problems of inequality and poverty because of its view of people as solely profit-driven. In fact, humans have other drives and passions, including spiritual, social, and altruistic.
Welcome to the world of social business, where the creative vision of the entrepreneur is applied to today's most serious problems: feeding the poor, housing the homeless, healing the sick, and protecting the planet. Creating a World Without Poverty tells the stories of some of the earliest examples of social businesses, including Yunus' own Grameen Bank. It reveals the next phase in an economic and social revolution that is already underway and in the worldwide effort to eliminate poverty by unleashing the productive energy of every human being.

Excellent work and excellent book
The work done by Prof Yonus is incredible. Estaishing that economically poor are rich in ethics is no small thing. This books is good summary of his work. Though the pronunciation is considerably better comparing to other European/Americans narrators but I feel the books written for South Asian countries should be narreted by narrators of this area to pronunciation local words appropriately.

An amazing story beautifully narrated
Dr. Mohammad Yunus has unleashed a vastly hidden treasure by starting off the grameen family in Bangladesh and at the same time penned this beautiful book. It's worth reading/listening every word/minute of this book. Crisp and clear, easy to understand language and equally good the voice over by Patrick. Kudos. Pacing and structure of the book are perfect to keep the listener glued. I could relate to the topic much easily being from India, however it sure will be mostly enjoyed and appreciated by non-asians as well.
