Very practical tips on meetings

Excellent
An excellent read. Gives an entirely new perspective of looking for conflicts to make the meetings interesting. The idea of Daily Check-in, Weekly Tactical, Monthly Strategic and the Quarterly Offsite will be applicable for most of the organizations.
