Great explanation by Maxwell
This is a great audiobook for people who want to consciously cultivate leadership within themselves. Apart from the regular concepts which are critical to leadership, what I liked about this audiobook is that Maxwell has the amazing ability to explain empirical observations on leadership in a very simple manner. He drills down to the details of how you can imbibe within yourself the qualities of a good leader. Overall a great book to read or to listen.
