Publisher's Summary

Does your mind wander when you’re angry? Similarly, when feelings of fear, greed, attachment, and others arise, we become completely absorbed in them. But why is it that when we sit for meditation, we can’t achieve the same focus? At that moment, we suddenly feel an itch or the urge to adjust our posture. What’s the reason behind this? This book not only offers simple tips for overcoming challenges in meditation but also explains how meditation is truly easier than we think. It details which meditation techniques are most beneficial for different individuals. This book is especially useful for spiritual seekers, particularly beginners.

The reality of Dhyan

Dhyan ki barikiyon ko samjhati ye pustak ek bahut hi umda kisam ki peshkash h. Is book me writer n dhyan ke saath saath mind ke upar bhi prakash dala.
Background music k karan is book ko sunna ek jabardast musical aur knowledge ka anubhav ban jaata hai.

Above all the voice of narator is fantastic and its very lovely to listen. Every one should must listen this book. Thanks for a beautiful presentation.
