A sense of relief

I had been sent for assertiveness training when I was in service 40 years ago. At that time there was much talk of this book. I could not read it then and by listening to this Audible I got a sense of relief for having done so. This 57 minute classic is a must hear for young people..but self-esteem and selfishness are two different things and the difference must not be forgotten. Serving others is a great source of satisfaction and that must be kept in mind before a compulsive following of assertive self-esteem.
