Thought provoking and fascinating

The book took me on a journey to understanding our long lost past. Mr. Hancock is a firm believer that understanding our past will help us be better in the future and by the end of it my view of our planet was entirely changed. Excellent!

A gateway to the unknown

Graham does a fabulous job in convincing his points and ideas - some of which have changed in the last few decades - the core of which remains the same to this day. it is a must read for anyone who is willing to see beyond the dogmas of modern "science" which in itself has assumed the form of a cult.

Excellent narration and enormous volumes of data collected are testament to Graham's character. 5*

an eye opening narration

Reading this book has been an eye opener more so due to the most engaging narration given by the author himself. This book explores the idea of the existence of an advanced civilization at a time before the ice age or earlier to what we know as the prehistoric period. Mr Hancock, has woven his research , facts and narrative so well, that it makes for a compelling read. I have not understood all the concepts discussed, but have been made aware of so many of them, the author has piqued my interest in those subjects , that I will read more on them. It is a wonderful read that I will go back to time and again for the wealth of knowledge that is put into the book.

Graham Hancock by Graham Hancock!

What a treat this book was! I've long been a big fan and to have Mr. GH read his words in his own voice, I'm almost sad the book is over! Well, onto America Before after this!!

This should be a part of school curriculum

Most logical explanations and rediscovery of ancient history, it’s time we look beyond the manipulated popular western narratives by baseless egoists.

Food for thought

Thought provoking, dive in with an open mind. Not everything that he says is believable, but it certainly makes one question what we already believe. Well narrated but the length could've been easily trimmed down to something like 40 chapters.

spell binding and revelatory

I've read the book already, but it is great listening to Hancock the way he peels the layers of mysteries

very refreshing and new insights

liked the unorthodox novel approach, which from commonsense seems to be more true than so called established history.

narration was very good too.

I hope the author publishes similar research on ancient Hindu and Indian subcontinent archaeological wonders from mysteries of Angkorvat, to temples of South India.

the book made me wonder and opened the possibilities of thinking differently, perhaps more truly.

thank you to the author and his research for bringing this to our current stage.

An ancient civilizational tour de force!

How accurate some of Graham's surmises are proving to be thirty years on from the publication date of this book!
