Puraan-saahitya bhaarateey jeevan aur saahitya kee akshunn nidhi hain. Inmein maanav jeevan ke utkarsh aur apkarsh kee anek gaathayen miltee hain. Karmkaand se gyaan kee or aate hue bhaarateey maanas chintan ke baad bhakti kee aviral dhaara pravaahit huee. Vikaas kee isee prakriya mein bahudevvaad aur nirgun brahm kee svaroopaatmak vyaakhya se dheere-dheere bhaarteey maanas avataarvaad ya sagun bhakti kee or prerit hua. Athaarah puraanon mein alag-alag Devi-Devtaaon ko kendr maan kar paap aur punya, dharm aur adharm, karm aur akarm kee gaathayen kahee gaee hain. Aaj ke nirantar dvandv ke yug mein puraanon ka pathan manushy ko us dvandv se mukti dilaane mein ek nishchit disha de sakata hai aur maanavata ke moolyon ko sthaapana mein ek saphal prayaas siddh ho sakata hai. Isee uddeshy ko saamane rakh kar paathakon kee ruchi ke anusaar saral, sahaj bhaasha mein puraan saahity kee shrinkhala mein yah pustak prastut hai.

new perspective
the whole narrative is in pure hindi. so for people whose 1st language is not Hindi, it was a bit hard to understand at first. but overall it captured the essence of the book, which was good to listen.
