Extensive and exemplary

It's difficult to sum up this book. It's an experience that has to be listened to and read and explored via the website multiple times to contemplate it's true essence. That being said, it is laid out very beautifully and takes patience to get through. Give it a try definitely if one is interested in their own growth and understanding of self. It's a deeply personal voyage.
