It is beautifully told.
What struck me was the concept of art in Dharma. I liked learning about Rashani Reya and her journey as an artist and an aware being.
But as this is a book about her art I missed out the collages that she is talking about while listening. I am looking them up in the internet though after having listened to her.
I recommend this book to anyone who is beginning their mindfulness journey and has heard about Thich Nhat.
