Nothing new to be learnt

Don't waste your credit on this book. lll summarize everything here.

a. Every 10 minutes, it has an ad for the reset your gut programme by the author.

b. It talks about everything that is common knowledge about good health..stress is bad, too much sugar is bad, exercise is good, eat lots of veggies, smoking is bad etc etc.

c. Innumerous references to studies done all over the world which substantiate the above

d. Oh, and lots and lots of acronyms -so much so that at one point you'll find acronyms for Long (L) and Short(S). Really, I'm not joking.

Just One or two references to the gut bacteria and microbiome every chapter.

So, if you're looking to learn more about the microbiome and gut bacteria, look elsewhere
