The book dives very deep into biology overall a good book but …..

Even though I am a doctor I learned so many new things
But many times I felt that the author gave recommendations based on how he felt rather than proving it with studies and research
Overkill on subject of mycotoxins
The diet recommended includes a lot of meat which is a problem since I am a vegetarian
The lifestyle modification are nicely explained
Overall a good book you need to be a health fanatic to follow everything

biology is explained well

Over all I didnt think it’s a good read . Book failed to convince many things mentioned in it and all of it looked like it’s his opinion instead of backed by research or studies.
First part was okay , I couldn’t bare to finish the 2nd . May be I had high expectations from the book
