Turned My Anxiety Around
After I heard this audiobook, I started looking at my anxiety symptoms differently. No longer scared or bickering. I picked myself up by my bootstraps and made genuinely good progress in my anxiety recovery. Almost 2 months since I read this book, I haven't felt so better in a long time.
I recommend people that they read or listen to this audiobook with a positive intention to recover.
