wonderful book to improve our lives

wonderful narration by the author. This book covers not only about wisely spending our energy but also trains us how to generate and boost our energy, conserve energy through simple techniques. This also tells us how to strengthen the muscle of our will power. Author has developed this master piece based on dozens of great research papers and explained through practical examples based on her own experience in a very interesting manner. Grateful to the author for presenting this book which would help to improve our lives through simple techniques.
