    Wonderful explanation of meditation practices

    Very practical guidelines to practice meditation. Pema talks about obstacles while doing meditation and the ways to overcome those. These guidelines are helpful for any practicenor to continue the meditation.

    Overall it’s the best book on meditation

    The Voice of Pema chidron is very kind & gentle like her teachings. Anyone interested in meditation must listen to this book
