My mind had its relaxed hour

Lovely narrative

I have always loved the spiritual philosophies of Thich Nhat Hanh. This is the one teaching which you can repeatedly listen over and over again.

the whole audiobook is like a guided meditation track. enjoyed it a lot. definetly recommended to relax on sundays

not very clear and seems to be in a hurry.

It was slow yet in a hurry! It literally repeatedly repeated a couple of times.
