I will be able to relax while I walk

The book discusses about mindfulness during walking. The voice of the narrator John Sachville is the star of the show as it reads the book written by Thich Nhat Hanh so beautifully that you get lost hearing to the words.

Loved it

Very Short and effective. This should be cultivated from the early age amongst everyone. I definitely recommend this.
