kinda guessed the twist yet was gripping
this was my first audio book experience, generally i enjoy reading at my own pace but this was a nice unique experience to have it read to me with alternating voices for characters and modulations. it was brilliantly narrated and i just couldn't hit pause and since i guessed the ultimate twist much early on i was impatient for the narration to speed up at some portions yet loved the even paced tone of the 1x speed in order to not miss out on any nuances. As with every other colleen hoover novel ended up finishing it until wee hours of the morning. i loved Verity and several aspects of this novel resonated with that although they are entire different genre and story lines.
