Very concise
I really enjoyed listening to this book. I've had read many books on how to study effectively, this book actually summarised all the practical learning techniques concisely in easy digestible form.

Very insightful and helpful for learners, readers
The book has actionable concepts. It is very practical. There are ideas/concepts backed by research statistics. Simple to understand and I am easily able to relate what I can do to improve my learning process.
