Its time to pen down your goals!!

Thank you Eve, Megan & Jason for your effort for bringing the simplest and non expensive way of health gain....it is so encouraging to listen to your initial struggles with weight loss or the health complications and how guys had overcome them, is truly remarkable and inspirational...it gave lot of self confidence to try and achieve the success with intermittent fasting....thank you so much for taking a step forward to change the lives!!

Practical and helpful guide for IF

this book is less about Dr Fung and more about Eve Mayor, who made a U turn on her health issues due to IF. What I liked about this book was that it shared a true common perspective of what it is to go on IF and what you go through post that. Personal feeling of guilt and happiness, challenges faced, people's reaction and your own behaviour- this book is relatable and covers something or the other of that. I totally agree with one line- when you are feasting, you want to fast and when you are fasting you want to feast. Its more of an inspirational book and feels like you are listening to a friend who has tried IF and can guide you through it. Enjoyable and worth it.

Excellent guidance

Loved the explanation given by the authors for starting and maintaing the fasting procedure. Myself started fasting at a slow pace for the past 4 weeks. This guidance might give a great help and motivation to continue and explore fasting to its full extent.
