A wonderful rendition of the epic
This work of Anand Neelkantan will be praised for it's immense research and clarity. The way the various interpretations of Ramayana by various authors at various periods of time explains the mindset of people at that point of time in India. These point of views helps to gain more idea on the way the society has progressed theough time. I would love to hear more such content from Anand Neelkantan♥️

Great compilation of many Ramayana
The best part of this great audio book is that it complies many Ramayana’s which exist not only in written format but also in oral and folk tale format. These tales are influenced by time and period when they were written thus providing many layers over layers on the original Ramayana written by Valmiki. Many of these point of views were unknown to me but definitely this opens up a great view point to ponder more and more on Ramayan.
On cons side too much stress is on South Indian folk tale rendition of Ramayana leaving Other folk tales related to Ramayana from other parts of India.
Also I found couple of times names being swapped while telling the story of Kubhakaran.
Overall a great effort and great listening and understand the different flavours of Ramayan over the period of time.
