This is a wonderful meditation by Dr Joe Dispenza

Wish more and more people start waking up to this concept or reprogramming your subconscious mind and ending their sufferings. Bless Dr Dispenza for his insights and efforts

wow. this meditation helped me

4 meditations on self awareness, letting go of past, healing, connecting with higher self. guided body scan makes you more aware. bgm is too guided. there were moments when I felt something is changing in me. definitely going to practice it Daily. joe is a gem

worst meditation ever

seriously guys please 🙏 download a sample before buying because it seems like the orator has absolutely no connection with the mediation and OH my god how many times have they used the word 'SPACE' after a point I was like please give me space from the word space in this meditation...I have done so many mediation and so far this is the worst!

please spend your valuable credit elsewhere.
