Underscores the basis of the Christian faith
CS Lewis makes a great attempt to put forth the Christian point of view regarding one of the most difficult and controversial topics in today's world- the case for God and the Christian faith in particular. His arguments are intellectually appealing even to a sceptic. It does not make wild generalizations nor does it challenge scientific facts. It helps the reader comprehend that it takes a really intelligent person to truly understand theology. There is much we don't know about religion but one thing is clear from this book - it not just a crutch for people who can't deal with life without God's "help". This book will challenge you to give credit to the spritual dimensions of life. It will also challenge some impressions we may have made based solely on the "scientific" way of thinking.
