Art and mindfulness- a serene place to be in

I loved this book so completely. I was wondering how could one a. have so much to talk about on mindfulness and b. how could art be connected to the phenomena.

But, here you are, a superlative book read with such confident empathy. It was a treat to listen to this every morning. It underlined the morning with a calm which permeated throughout the day.

Mindfulness as a phenomena is of staying and living in the moment. But how something as simple as this can be so momentous and have so many layers, is what the book reveals.

And since this was my first book on Audible, I had a childlike delight in bookmarking the lovely portions.

I am so glad inside this book in my Audible journey.

Hear it!! Live it!!

Please break down into smaller segments

Content is good and one of my key resolutions for this year is to be practice mindfulness. But aren't audio books gonna come to the rescue when you have little time? Each lesson in this audio book is 1.5hrs. Really difficult to try to finish in one go to capture the essence. Parts of 15-20 mins each would be very ideal.

Pretty average. difficult to find a connect

Narrative is good enough but makes one lose interest after first chapter itself and feels like a drag.
