OK but not as good as his other works

the book is OK but the story is not at all related to the methology except for its names, so not to take anything from the book towards the history, however the author did mention this up front so not his mistake.
As for the story, thus book did not impress me as much his other works did, not disappointed but not very impressed too. an ok book to go through.

A gripping story..

This was my first book to read by this author. The idea is somewhat similar to the Amit tripathi Shiva trilogy which I read. Mythology mixed with fictional ideas. We can see characters like andaka, Holika, narada, Shiva, veerbhadra, indra etc if they lived as a person. I sympathized with Holika even though she is a demon or from asura clan sister of the king of kashyapuri, she is of high status but not being to give birth and miscarriage twice her husband left her the adopted child died, it's a sad story. the character development is good. We can progress in their character and the stories. Overall we can give it a go.

Lovely narration, interesting narrative

The author takes the overarching theme of the story and creates a world of his own populated by different tribes with varying loyalties.

Interesting story and an amazing narration.

Fun listen

It was fun and the storyline moved at an expected pace and had an expected arc. Not bad but after a few Kevin Missal books the trope does get old.
