Extremely Good Book for Sourcing Managers
As a sourcing manager myself this book helped Immensely in my daily routine, I am able to negotiate better deals and now I ensure everyone is reasonably happy. Even though I am in commanding position now I ensure I make some leeway that would make the other party a partner and not a vendor , Relationships are better flow of Information is better and overall my work life balance also improved as the partners are prompt in taking care of Issues , Had to follow up multiple times earlier with vendors.

Excellent book with actionable guidelines
This is a necessary toolkit for any individual from homemakers to businessmen and women. It is a basic life skill that just did not get taught at middle school and high school. Some people are naturally endowed with great negotiation skills. This book elaborates how one can acquire this 'art' through carefully planned techniques.

Excellent Implementable Strategies
The book offers wonderful concepts and simple implementable strategies on how to conduct value-creating deals. It's not about just "winning" a deal at all costs.
The Narrator did a commendable job by stressing on just the right points.
A must-read, oops..a must-listen for anyone who wants to improve the overall success rate of their negotiation efforts.
