From Casey McQuiston, New York Times bestselling author of Red, White & Royal Blue comes One Last Stop, a big-hearted romantic comedy that will stop you in your tracks. . .
Moving to New York City is supposed to prove cynical twenty-three-year-old August right: magic and cinematic love stories don’t exist.
But then, she meets this gorgeous girl on the train.
Jane. Dazzling, charming, mysterious, impossible Jane. Jane with her rough edges and swoopy hair and soft smile.
August’s subway crush becomes the best part of her day, but pretty soon she discovers there’s one big problem: Jane is displaced in time from the 1970s, and August is going to have to use everything she tried to leave in her own past to help Jane. Maybe it’s time to start believing in some things after all . . .

Sweet but clumsy
The story starts well but lost me in the middle. It felt like something is going to happen or a big reveal will happen soon but it was little disappointing. Narrating was okay.

Just short of excellent
A heart warming story of two girls who are so different and yet, so similar. This is a story of love that transcends the time-space continuum. A saga of friendship that beats all odds.
Excellent narration by Ms. Naudus. The only reason why I didn't rate the story more than 3 stars is because I felt the narrative dragged on for longer than it was required. While it's important that the reader understands and relates to August's thought process and emotions, at times I wanted to skip past the mildly repetitive description of her feelings and skip ahead to find out what happens next.
All in all, an A+ book. Even better that it has no dearth of queer charecters in it. Definitely worth a read.
