About this listen

After nearly eighteen months at Basgiath War College, Violet Sorrengail knows there’s no more time for lessons. No more time for uncertainty.

Because the battle has truly begun, and with enemies closing in from outside their walls and within their ranks, it’s impossible to know who to trust.

Now Violet must journey beyond the failing Aretian wards to seek allies from unfamiliar lands to stand with Navarre. The trip will test every bit of her wit, luck, and strength, but she will do anything to save what she loves—her dragons, her family, her home, and him.

Even if it means keeping a secret so big, it could destroy everything.

They need an army. They need power. They need magic. And they need the one thing only Violet can find—the truth.

But a storm is coming...and not everyone can survive its wrath.

The Empyrean series is best enjoyed in order.

Dragons. Beautiful, Fierce Dragons and the Humans they deem worthy of sharing their power

Onyx Storm is the perfect sequel with the most frustrating cliffhanger ending as can be expected from the Empyrean series.

The Continent with its magic and the Isles without it are everything it can be.

It's going to take me more than a little while to really process all that I've listened to, but I'm in awe of all the signets and how well each of them use it, not to mention conceal it...

I have a guess on the brother, but it's not what I've conventionally seen...

Waiting for the next part is going to take more patience than I have ever showed...

I see him walking - Mine!!!! Ughhhhhhhh

The story became so predictable.. no depths were taken… we don’t get to know more about anything. Veil, the dragon world , why , what.. nothing . Violet is basically shown in every situation and place thinking the same thing… I suggest don’t introduce so much parallel if we cant venture on them. Anyway, loved 4th wing though.
