    Could be better.

    The narrator/author does not really connect on a personal level.

    Very monologue like in the narration and doesn't really explore anything new that a person susceptible to anxiety doesn't already know.

    Hands out a lot of generalised advice without thinking on anything specific or tackling a particular event.
