very quick listen, very insightful
terrific book. perhaps a critique would be that there aren't enough practices suggested to help us in our daily lives, so the reader is left to mull over insights of power and figure out how she can use them.

Average content produced for massy audience
The actual content is shallow and made for mass audience like Netflix documentaries. I was expecting a lot more after listening to the sample but was disappointed.
