not just a book, a whole phenomena.
This is beautiful book with deep insight about literally everything! u get to the end and you're like oh my damn. the genius of Jane Fonda strikes you. she has shared some of her very valuable transformative experiences in a way that they become transformative for us too. and I'm so grateful for Jane to have narrated it, listening to it is such an authentic experience. my fav are chapter 22 & 23, bcos i relate with that the most. She very wise and honest, genuinely speculative and unbiased about her own experiences and the information she has discovered (the book has a lot of stats and data too!) it makes her writing pretty damn impeccable. the style is direct and transparent. this book is both full of facts, and emotions - and the direction on how to look at both. The research Jane has done for this book is very well thought, everything she says is backed by facts, shows her effortless capability to go heads deep into any subject backed by instant action taking that brings all that wisdom to us. this book has helped me have many personal emotional and spiritual breakthroughs! I strongly recommend listening to this book! also, lots of love to Jane. uwu
