....it's just perfect.

covers each topic is sufficient detail with very good examples, ideas. Can be applied in almost every sales management organization.
It's direct and hard hitting. I would be implementing at least 80% ideas presented in the book.
The audio book was refreshingly very well produced with the right tone and tenor.....

New prospective for effectively managing sales team. This book start with the actual work required to be done by sales team & ends with how to get it done from all. It’s a good audible book as if author is speaking directly one to one with you in any cafeteria & realising u about all the essentials required to get things or sales on the track.
