Wonderfully written and potrayed
It gives a complete oversight of the linkage between various purans using a story line which is very attractive. I am happy to have this as a part of my knowledge collection. Wonderfully narrated.

कहते हैं, काशी के कण, कण में शंकर हैं, तो फिर वहां शिवलिंग को लेकर इतना आतंक क्यों मचा रखा है?
क्योंकि धर्म के दो पहलू होते हैं, एक उसमें छिपा दर्शन और गूढ़ रहस्य। दूसरा, खोखले रीति रिवाज। आज हर कोई इन्ही रीति रिवाजों को धर्म मानकर उसकी राह पर चल पड़ा है!
देवदत्त पटनायक बता रहे हैं शिव देर शंकर होने की कहानी, अर्थात शिव भक्ति का दर्शन और उसके पीछे छुपा गूढ़ रहस्य। अब सुनेंगे तो समझेंगे कि चूंकि शिव तमाम बुराइयों और नफ़रत का अंत करने वाले स्वामी हैं, इसलिए, उनके नाम पर आंतक मका कर, उनके तथाकथित भक्त उनका ही अपमान कर रहे हैं!
