things that i learn from this book.

Its a great book
it teaches you how should we work efficiently , how the system or an organization thinks and works , and also gives you the different prospective of successful people.
Most of the organization most of the time checks our soft skill instead of our hard skill. And you will learn about many more things and you will soon get some answer of the question that are pop ups in you mind.

A useful compilation of some great work skills

I always noticed Mr. Ronnie Screwala's name in the production house titles of some great Hindi movie titles. So, I chose the book with the curiosity of understanding this man's mind. The audiobook and the narration were a delight to listen to. The chapters are very earnest tips for all working individuals- from those who are beginning their stint to those who are high up the ladder.

Mr. Ronnie's narration and emphasis add a lot of life to the book.

You might find most of these tips in other similar books and TED talks but this is a nice compilation of those soft but essential skills.

I also sensed a subtle marketing drive for Upgrad - his own venture, but that's a minor distraction.

Overall it was time well spent. Looking forward to more from you.

This book should be a part of every MBA curriculum

Crisp and to the point, typical Ronnie. Every individual should read or listen to it before jumping into the corporate world. This will surely help avoiding many mistakes people make due to unawareness of these soft skills Ronnie has elaborated in this book.

Life long learning

Made a very good impact. Though I am a retired person, I can drive some points to the younger minds. Well narrated.
This is the soft skill I learnt.
