🔹well explained book on how snoring due to deviated septum,weight etc or issues like obstructive sleep apnea and other issues caused due to snoring can lead to chronic sinusitis,heart attacks, blood pressure and more!

🔹I hope oromyofacial exercises to strengthen the throat and tongue would be mentioned as i haven't finished it yet.

🔹other good points: how medical system can ignore the sleep issues while sleep studies due to standard scores that aren't considerate enough of different scenarios. hence your sleep study results could be normal yet you might not be in the clear.
