Very informative and practical

I love this book. It might be the solution to all my sleep problems. I agree with much of this book and also learnt some counter-intuitive stuff. The book is practical and informative. It has hundreds of tools and techniques for better sleep that can be applied in real life. In fact I already apply some of them in my own life.

The author's real life experiences and his quest to become who he is has inspired me to read this book and it is one of the best decisions in my life.

its an OK book

i wouldnt say its a ground breaking book - but overal its an ok read - some tips may click to you based on the lifestyle - overall i think winding down is an important tip
