How to Make a new Habit.

things I have learnt from this book: there are four steps to make a habit step 1 obvious (set a clear goal) step two attractive (create interest) step 3 easy (make it easy take breaks) step four satisfying (always be satisfied with what are you doing, always keep positive mindset).
set a time table for each thing decide place too.
it's mandatory to set a time table, instead of changing the target we should change the process of getting it, consistency is must for achieving any goal.
consistency is must for achieving any target, they should always be a strong reason to set a target. changing habits are the best way to change personality.
improve at least one percent everyday in every aspect.
