Wonderful book
Recommended for all! The book opens us up to a beautiful new perspective, with many processes/guided meditations by Dr. Deepak Chopra, that are an icing on the cake.

Brilliant as usual
I am a fan of Deepak Chopra and I really loved the way things were narrated. I really love the way Deepak narrated the book.
while listening to the book I noticed a lot of things which really surprised me to the core and how oblivious I was when it comes to events that have happened in my life.

load of tosh
Being an Indian, I'm familiar with most of the things he's saying. And, I didn't find any practicality that can be achieved in a very short amount of time. I also feel that the author's research is incomplete and that he's passing on half-baked knowledge. It's based on what we'd want to listen to not something we can learn from. Going to return it. (I've listened to a 2&1/2 chapters and read bits of the book elsewhere)

I took a few months to finish hearing this book. it didn't appeal much to me. I find his earlier works were more interesting for me. i find there's also too much repetition in this book. Average book.
