Let down!
Huge fan of Tim's work. but I was hoping this book would offer some practical simplified, implementable advice. but it contains a lot of the stuff regular people don't have access to. No entirely useless though.

Where are the pdfs . It’s frustrating
Chapter 22 - listener is asked to refer to the pdf. Where on earth is it?? Where is the pdf? It’s so frustrating that I just don’t want to waste time on audible anymore.

Great Research, Bad Storytelling, Not Practical
No doubts about the fact that Tim Ferris has gone to great lengths researching the specifics of all the topics covered in the book (and had fun at it too). However, great facts don't make a great story. Presenting it as a guide - with regimen options could probably have been better. This one felt like going through a telephone directory - too many details, not much information.
Besides, I dont see how I could possibly use this information practically in my day to day life...
- For burning fat, I need to have 20 gms of X, 30 gms of Y and 10 gms of Z in the morning (not later than 20 mins of waking up)
- For staying fresh, I need to have 15 gms of A, 25 gms of B, 36 gms of C in the morning
- BUT to stay fit and control my weight, I need to do intermittent fasting from 8 pm to 2 pm next day.. Umm okay, so when do I have the breakfast specified above?
Its just boring and not practically useful.
